MV-BIM is a company founded in 2013 with the aim of meeting the needs of companies and professionals in the AECO sector to develop their services in BIM technology. The organization is formed by over 100 highly qualified technical people who are at the heart of what we do and how we approach our work.

After 9 years of activity, we have had an average growth of 30% per year. We have developed projects for a total area close to 2,000,000 sqm, of which 70% have been built or are under construction. We are proud to have trained more than 1000 professionals in BIM technology.

The key to our success lies in progressive innovation channelled through an internal R&D department. This keeps us at the forefront of technology and best-practice in the sector, and allows us to orientate our services towards fulfilling the real needs of our clients.

SENIOR TEAM

José Mora

CEO / Founding Director

Jose holds nearly 20 years of experience in the AECO industry. After graduating at the University of Seville’s School of Architecture, he moved to the UK where he worked during 5 years at several practices in the city of London. During this period he worked as an ARB registered qualified architect and became a high level profile BIM manager.

Jose has always been passionate of digital technology applied to the construction sector. After his experience working in London, he founded MV-BIM in July of 2013 with the mision of improving the productivity and efficiency of professional companies in the AECO sector, reducing costs and improving construction quality.

Since then, Jose leads the company, focusing in the company strategy and goals by providing support and leadership to all departments, to ensure consistency and excellence across all projects. As CEO, he features strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills.

Javier Guzmán

Director

Javier has worked at MV-BIM since 2015 following the professional experience gained in many architectural firms across Spain, Belgium and United Kingdom. Having graduated from University of Seville School of Architecture, he also did a Master’s degree in Collective Housing at School of Architecture in Polytechnic University of Madrid, taking a keen interest in co-housing living strategies and environmental design.

During his time in London he has been responsible for the coordination and delivery of a wide variety of UK projects, specializing in technical construction stages. With a particular passion for sustainable buildings, and after his Master’s degree in Sustainable and Environmental Design at the AA School of Architecture in London, he promotes sustainable design principles as part of our collaborative approach on all our projects.

As company Director, he is a key part of the success and growth of the company. He has a particular interest and expertise in Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), DfMA and Offsite pre-fabrication. Javier is currently focused in the BIM integration to digital design and manufacturing process and leads the practice-wide strategy for this core service.

José Alberto Narváez

Director

José Alberto joined MV-BIM in 2015 having studied a BA in Architectural Technology and a Master’s degree in Architecture at the University of Seville. As a BIM specialist he has done a BIM Manager International Master at Zigurat Global Insitute of Technology and he has been providing academic training in the area of BIM Management & Project Development at 3D Cube for nearly six years.

José combines in-depth understanding of BIM methodology with proficient skills in a diverse range of BIM softwares and tools which makes him one of the best BIM Managers of the company. He engages with clients, project teams and consultants to develop the most suitable BIM standards for a variety of scenarios and the best use of BIM technologies to deliver large-scale and complex schemes spanning Architecture, MEP, Structure, Civils and Infrastructure sectors at optimised cost and performance.

In his role as Director, José has practice wide responsibilities including bid preparation, appointments, quality assurance, project financial and resource management matters among others. He has special interest and expertise in Scan to BIM projects, driving the company wide strategy for Assets Digitalization.

Reyes de los Santos

Technical Director

Reyes joined MV-BIM in 2015 having previously worked as qualified architect in offices across Spain and UK. Graduated at the University of Seville School of Architecture, she combines a wide technical background with advance knowledge in BIM methodology. She is a talented leader with particular interest in project management and technical skill assessments.

During her time in London, she has led a series of international jobs as ARB registered and project architect prior becoming Technical Director. With a keen eye for detail and design team coordination capabilities, Reyes has delivered many successful residential schemes, specially for PRS and Build-To-Rent sectors, achieving high quality value for the client while keeping the costs and programme on track.

Reyes is a senior member of the company and currently plays a key role establishing company standards and maintaining protocols for collaboration and coordination across all our projects. She is well versed too on the importance of building transparent and healthy client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, they are satisfied with the services provided and any challenges are overcome.

Rocío Sánchez

Technical Director

Rocío has worked in MV-BIM since 2016. She graduated at the School of Architecture in the University of Seville. She complemented her training with studies on architectural heritage conservation and restoration at the Polytechnic Institute of Bari. Later she collaborated with several architectural offices in Seville in refurbishment and landscaping projects.

Since she joined the team, she has been working in the coordination of large-scale developments using BIM technology, spanning residential, mixed-use and workplace sectors with a particular strength in refurbishment and retrofit projects, including some Grade II listed buildings. She has remarkable communication skills and the hability for mentoring and transferring knowledge to project team members.

With a keen sense of duty, she has a strong commitment to quality control and assurance ensuring project is delivered as per client requirements and standards. Rocío has a robust knowledge of our regulatory responsibilities and takes a key role in preparing the practice for new building standards and regulations.

Ricardo Oei

Technical Director

Ricardo joined MV-BIM in 2021, bringing to the company his experience from working over 7 years in different practices in UK specialising in architectural delivery in BIM. He graduated at the Seville School of Architecture and has studied abroad in Italy at the Polytechnic Institute of Bari, as well as at The Barlett School of Architecture of London where he attended ARB/RIBA Part III Professional Practice & Management in Architecture.

He has broad experience of successful project delivery as Project Architect & BIM Lead in the housing and workplace sectors, including planning submissions, CAD/BIM production, and client liaison, as well as direct experience of construction stages 1-6. After seven years as fully qualified architect ARB registered, he has gained an in-depth professional education in practice and management, professionalism, procurement and contracts as well as the regulatory environment for architecture.

Since Ricardo joined, he leads R&D department carrying out research, analysis and implementation of new solutions and processes involving improvements across all departments. He helps with the maintenance and development of the operational policies and the quality assurance procedures of the organisation. At the same time, he oversees the BIM & Technology department alongside other BIM Managers in the office, monitoring the SMPs adopted in all active projects.
